And I’m Eric Marquette. And folks, what a week it’s been! This mini edition may be short, but trust us, the drama has been anything but.

Rick

That’s right! We had trickery, betrayals, and even some pre-war scandal. So, let’s get into it.this week's Glue War no kicked off with a bang before it even started.

Eric Marquette

Now, we usually expect the drama to start once the glue is in play, but this week, George decided to shake things up by stealing the glue before the war had even begun.

Rick

Scandalous. Absolutely scandalous behavior. And of course, this did not go unnoticed. Strikes were handed out before a single move had been made. A bold move by George, but was it worth it?

Eric Marquette

Probably not. He did not even get to use the glue in the game. Classic case of too much, too soon.

Rick

But once the game officially started, it was Henry Christie who took charge. He was first to get the glue, and instead of holding onto it, he quickly passed it to Adam.

Eric Marquette

Now, this is where things got interesting. A simple handoff, or the start of an alliance?

Rick

That was the big question, and Henry and Adam kept us guessing all day. They passed the glue back and forth, playing mind games with the rest of the contestants.

Eric Marquette

And it worked. Finn and Lucas, clearly frustrated, attempted a heist on Adam when he was not in the changing rooms.

Rick

And they failed. The glue remained in enemy hands.

Eric Marquette

But just when we thought Henry and Adam might be the dominant alliance of this round, Adam made a move that changed everything.

Rick

In what looked like an effort to expand his control, Adam passed the glue to Finn. Maybe a trust move Maybe an attempt to build an alliance

Eric Marquette

Either way, it did not go as planned. Finn immediately betrayed Adam by passing the glue straight to Lucas.

Rick

Brutal. A complete backstab. And just like that, the first day of Glue Wars ended with Lucas in possession of the glue.

Eric Marquette

And that is where we leave things. Lucas holding the glue, Adam blindsided, and Henry probably regretting ever passing the glue in the first place.

Rick

But what happens next Will Lucas be targeted right away, or can he hold onto the glue for another day
